I'm a strategic consultant, storyteller, grower and workshop facilitator with 25+ years of experience across global sport, sustainability and partnership marketing.

 

But before I was any of those things, I was an athlete — 12 years competing at the elite level in track and field, with a science degree in human movement. That background shaped everything. It gave me a deep understanding of what it actually takes for a person to perform at their best: the right conditions, the right support, the right environment. Recovery matters as much as effort. Culture matters as much as strategy. And wellbeing isn't a soft concern at the edge of performance — it's the foundation.

I founded Fizziology Consulting on a simple but powerful conviction: that thriving people, thriving organisations and a thriving planet are not competing priorities — they're the same ambition, approached from different angles.

 

That means I care as much about the health of a team as I do about the health of a business model. I've seen too many high-performing organisations quietly running on fumes — brilliant people grinding through cultures that extract rather than energise. I'm interested in a winning path: workplaces that actually allow people to flourish, where wellbeing is baked into the strategy, not bolted on as an afterthought.

 

The triple bottom line isn't just an ethical framework. It's a smarter business strategy — and it starts with people.

I've built and led an award-winning global marketing agency, run award winning campaigns for DHL, LVMH, Visa and HP across Formula One, the Olympics and Rugby World Cup, and I'm currently helping build knowledge infrastructure and simplify complex messaging for the environmental markets sector.

 

Across all of it, I bring the same instinct: that the best outcomes — for people, for organisations, for the planet — come from the same place. Genuine care, clear thinking, and the courage to treat human wellbeing not as a nice-to-have.
