Interactive Energy Workshops
Full or half day sessions exploring different energy styles and how energy levels impact personal performance in work and life. We introduce employees to the science of energy including
science backed “energy hacks” for the workplace. We conclude with the practical crafting of personalised Energy Management goals, plus optional energy boosting practical sessions with expert coaches.

1:1 or Group Coaching
Individual or group sessions ideal for employees at any level within the organisation. Employees explore their overarching vision and motivations for behaviour change followed by the creation of realistic personal goals and milestones. Grounded in coaching psychology theory and backed by evidence-based methodologies and tools to support employees own their overall energy and health.

Workplace Energy Assessments
Ideal for executive leadership teams or similar our science-led approach uses cutting-edge technology to measure nervous system activity and overall energy levels and wellbeing. Using real time data and analytics we are able to identify triggers and behaviours that increase or deplete our body's resources, and suggest positive changes to help employees perform at their best.
